THE PROBLEM.
Your friend borrowed money from you and HASNT PAID YOU BACK.
The Fix.
You probably feel awkward reminding her about the money and angry that she's blown you off. So before you become resentful , be direct(but nice!). The next time you make plans, say: "Hey, bring an xtra amount of $$ so you can treat me this time!" And if she asks to borrow cash another time, say: "I wish I could, but money's just too tight."
